Oh also my heart has been feeling weird lately. Like I can feel it beat like it's something that puffs and expands and snaps shut. Could it be the increasingly high consumption of caffeine and use of Solpadeine when it's not "clearly necessary" as per the package instructions? Eh. I should probably, you know, give it some cardiovascular exercise. Ha.
