achey

Wicked headache and achey fingers.
For three days in a row-- the headache, that is.
The fingers might just be me developing carpal tunnel, even though I have no idea what its symptoms are.

But hey, last night I was beginning to convince myself I had tetanus, so I guess it's an improvement. (And no, my complaints don't match those symptoms.)

I think it's just the heat and stress. But I hardly *ever* get headaches. Sucks. I just want to curl up and laze.

Luckily for me, I have work in 2 hours. Whee.

Drinking water and trying to find a new notebook now that I've filled my journal,

Oh. Every time I read a disease memoir (cancer memoir, aids memoir) I immediately start getting the symptoms. Well, not really more like I get a headache, which could very well be a tumor, or I get a cough, which could very well be the tuberculosis provoked by my acquired immune deficiency syndrome, which I got from...not having sex and not using drugs but reading about it and admiring people who do? Vicarious HIV carrier.

Take a Tylenol, or some other pain killer.

it is my inexpert understanding that carpal tunnel has to do with pain in your wrists, not your fingers...

That is Japanese for: Pin-Pon....as in you have answered the game show question correctly. Sorry, Oli, but carpal tunnel is a wrist thang.

there's a little bit of that, too. but it's mostly in my fingers. i think it's nothing, maybe just humidity stuck in my bones. i just sometimes get mildly anxious about things like that.
