'the townie boys would love the way you stare'

I'm in love with my own mobility

* * *
Ah conversations with Seth and copious cigarettes and a Heineken are so much better than focusing. Actually probably focusing on work when I will soon have so much to do is probably a good habit to acquire; reacquire, as it were. Day after tomorrow I get my stuff back, woo. I just want to zine and french inhale and listen to music, but I have class tomorrow morning which means I better read this stuff. It's interesting at least.

Ooh and I exercised today! Tomorrow I might even do it in the gym. Damn I like lifting weights. I wish I had brought the shorts I like with me to school.

Today I also bought a bunch of used books online, ostensibly for future postmodern feminist discussions and technoscience shit, but I definitely threw in an unneccesary book about lesbian photographic representation and some novel by someone I'd never heard of. I haven't been reading enough fiction, and probably soon I will have no chance to do so. That's just sad.

Did I mention I'm in love w/my own mobility? (Wow, could I be more of a cliche?) Well I am. The sky was beautiful today. My hair smells like cigarettes and I can drink water whenever I want.

funny, i heard that song in the last couple days & thought of using that quote myself.
my dad has a pink indigo girls shirt which he wears to work doing construction. no need to hide the indigo love.

Every time I think about you and Matt coming here I become overjoyed. I've been telling the very choicest people that the very choicest choice friends are coming. Oh my!

ps...my room is small but pretty neat. I'd totally give you guys my bed; dyou have a sleeping bag or a blanket and a pillow I could put on the rug for me?

we've got some bedding.
& we're going to visit sheena today. so it seems like we'll be at your place tomorrow (sunday) early afternoon-ish. either reply or write me an email so we know if that's alright, & how to find you on the campus.
can't wait to see you darling.

Yay! So much excitement. Of course it's alright; it bears considering that I've got loads of work to do tho, so there may be brief slivers of time when I have to say, 'take my card and go drink coffee, i need to read for half an hour.' But probably, knowing me, I'll slack off anyway.

Okay, so when you pull through the main gate, just ask the security guy where Noyes is, tell him yer visiting someone. I think I'm supposed to get you a parking pass or a visitor's pass or something but we can figure that out once yer here. I am on the first floor of Noyes, room 110.

Now that I have my phone back from the filth, this means you can call me (if you have telephone access) at 1 (267) 614-6479. I can't wait to see you guys.
