What would happen if anarchists read Foucault?

Far too many thoughts are spinning in my head regarding anarchism and talk of destroying power. A few quick, off the cuffs: We are all complicit, therefore we all have the power to withdraw consent. But what does it mean to withdraw consent? We can't operate outside of these discourses of power that produce us; but we can, however, appropriate hammers to hammer them down. We can build our own values and communities. We can't, however, critique capitalism by calling ourselves "anti-capitalist, anti-authoritarian, anti-nationalist..."--I wanna know what we're for. And how we plan to accomplish it.
I'm distrustful of totalizing visions of global anarchism. Fuck our white privileged visions of world (no)domination. I want anarchy *now*--that is to say, I want to act with compassion now, I want to fight corporate hegemony now, I want to love queerly and honestly and redefine bodies and power and species (you hear that, Sharla? Species!)
But actually right now I have to write a paper. So, poetry manifesting through theories of performativity + passing will have to do. It's passion, at least.
