we gonna slog until the schoolwork falls

I have been in the library for around four and a half hours and have accomplished all of fuck-all. I hate this. Slogging through these articles and outlining them is mind-numbing and, consequently, I have not exactly been working effectively. I want to get this done but I am so goddamn tired. I did find a book on Irigaray and Deleuze called Experiments in Visceral Philosophy that looks like something I should read instead of doing this. Also, Steve gave me theory trading cards 'for Christmas'---how sweet! The girls sharing a library table with us gave us pineapple upside-down cake which, while not particularly delicious, reminded me of my Papou and therefore made me happy. Chanukah drinking party tonight promises to be fun, though I plan on leaving not-too-late in hopes of actually getting rest tonight (how novel!) in order that I may wake up early tomorrow, stretch, fill my body with caffeine and produce a passably-intelligent philo (phyllo?) sophia paper.
