diet Coke with Splenda sounded like such a good idea but it's actually surprisingly bad, with some terrible medicinal aftertaste. I'm afraid my brief sketch of gender performativity is sprawling, but at least I'm writing. Hopefully this thesis project will at least teach me to edit.

Matt and I cooked steak and mashed potatoes and asparagus (which I actually like now, go figure) for dinner and sat down with Seth to eat it and were literally overcome with endorphins about midway through the meal. Soo rare and soo good we draped ourselves over furniture and moaned afterwards, Matt blowing Marlboro red smoke out the cold open window.
