Oh, no, beautiful early twilight fell so soft on my shoulders after class but by the time I get home it's dark and whatever energy I thought I had to work out, read, cook is totally gone by the time I've climbed the four flights of stairs to my door.

On the other hand, at the gym today I listened to this incredibly well-timed podcast of Thorn's on courage, will, and finding fire. It's exactly what I need to be integrating and implementing in my life right now.
