That paper sounds great. Actually the whole thang of desire-as-lack has been taken on by a bunch of people (Deleuze etc) but I'd like to read Jami's sometime. I ordinarily like her papers cos they're so broad I can just go off on my own thing, but right now--not so much. Finally, I'm liking the book so far but there are plenty of things they don't address, and it's a bit hard to stop thinking of them as stuck in the 60s. Like I said to RK, elaborate as to why they're out of touch. Enquiring minds---
