I got some strawberries and yogurt from ACDC, and I'm either eating full-fat yogurt or crème fraîche. Hopefully it at least has some acidopholus in it too, what with the 1000mg of penicillin I'm on every day.

Tonight I want to do ritual and sleep. For some reason it's really bothering me that I don't have a big beautiful bowl of salt water on my altar.

So this guy's interests are a little creepy (check out the link to some community called "real_men," for instance), but it seems like an interesting first-hand look at what's going on in New Orleans. According to The Nation, this guy managed a bar in the French Quarter and lived in a housing project called Iberville, and is now writing about what's he's seeing:
